Just a note on chronic back pain. A majority of it is neurological. In most cases radiologists can't distinguish scans of people with and without back pain. I injured my lower back doing deadlifts years. Sciatica got so bad it partially paralyzed my left leg. My back pain lingered for years despite my being very diligent with PT and generally quite fit. I cured my chronic back pain entirely psychologically. I learned from the book The Way Out and leveraged the app Curable. The research says this is an effective treatment for the majority of chronic back pain.
